Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective knee arthroscopy; 2. Aged 60 to 80 years old; 3. BMI 18.5 kg/m2 to 30 kg/m2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III 5. Selective surgery under regional anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative heart rate < 50 beats/min or type 2 / 3 atrioventricular block; 2. Preoperative chronic insomnia, sleep apnea syndrome or other types of sleep disorders; 3. patients with preoperative mental illness or communication disorders; 4. Taking analgesic drugs, hypnotic drugs, antipsychotics, coffee, alcohol or other substances that affect sleep for a long time before surgery; 5. Allergic to experimental drugs.
