Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who planned to receive surgery-first treatment in the department of orthodontics or department of orthognathic surgery, Peking University stomatology hospital. 1. Aged 18 to 35 years old, male or female; 2. U1/SN 95 to 115 degree, L1/MP 80 to 100 degree; 3. The crowding degree of upper and lower arch was <=5mm; 4. The width of upper and lower dental arch was basically matched; 5. The depth of Spee curve of lower dentition <=3mm; 6. At least 3 stable occlusal contact points after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with moderate or severe periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontitis; 3. Suffering from tumor and serious systemic diseases; 4. Cleft palate or other maxillofacial abnormalities.
