Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient or his immediate family members understand and sign the informed consent; 2. It conforms to the diagnosis points of "stroke" in "Diagnosis Points of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" passed by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and is verified by cranial MRI or CT examination; 3. the presence of upper limb motor dysfunction; 4. First unilateral cerebral hemispheric stroke; Cerebral hemorrhage patients did not undergo cranial surgery; 5. Time of onset longer than 2 weeks, and less than 6 months; 6. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 7. Stable condition, conscious, vital signs stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy and other motor dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe cognitive, speech, visual, hearing or mental disorders that affect the examination and treatment; 3. Patients with a previous history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy, metal pacemakers in the body, metal implants in the brain, cochlear implants, or skull defects are not suitable for TMS therapy; 4. participating in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of the results of this study; 5. Those who are expected to be unable to complete the test and may have poor compliance.
