Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Body mass index =<33 kg/m2; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III; 6. Patients able to understand and cooperate with nerve block operation or postoperative evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused the nerve block procedure 2. contra-indication to peripheral nerve block (study drug allergy, coagulopathy or local infection); 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease 4. Patients unable to understand and cooperate with nerve block operation or postoperative evaluation. 5. Patients using chronic opioids Recently; 6. A history of phrenic paralysis or phrenic nerve injury 7. moderate or severe pulmonary disease; chest deformity (pectus carinatum or pectus excavatum) 8. severe renal or hepatic failure.
