Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary PD was diagnosed according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of British PD Association Brain Bank; (2) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; (3) Aged>18 years old; (4) At least 3 months after surgery; (5) Be able to have a meaningful conversation with the researcher; (6) Family members or friends are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with suicidal tendencies or suicidal behaviors in the past 12 months should be excluded, and appropriate clinical intervention should be provided; (2) the presence of any clinical manifestations that require a higher level of clinical care (inpatient or partial hospitalization); (3) schizophrenia, schizoaffective psychosis, current or lifelong DSM-V-compliant other psychotic disorders; (4) current or recent (within 3 months prior to study enrolment) DSM-V-compliant mental dependence due to alcohol or substance abuse (except nicotine), or positive urine test for any illicit substance abuse drug screening; (5) The previous Wechsler Intelligence Test Simplified Scale assessed IQ score less than 85, mental retardation, dementia, craniocerebral injury, or other cognitive impairments that affected participants in the study and full self-report; (6) Any medical condition determined by physicians and laboratory tests (conducted by the study physician) that may prohibit the treatment in this study; (7) any serious and/or unstable disease that may require hospitalization during the study period; Subjects in a medically stable state may participate in the study with the consent of their therapist and study physician and undergo a medical examination; (8) The presence of any other type of psychotherapy (e.g., supportive therapy, psychodynamic therapy) and other courses of psychotherapy of the same type
