hydrogen-rich water:Hydrogen-rich water treatment group was orally given 200ml of hydrogen-rich water (2ppm, self-made) for 10 consecutive days
control group:Oral mineral water 200ml was given for 10 consecutive days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 17-23 years old male or female; No history of exposure to noise or ototoxic drugs; No abnormal audiology and blood examination; No other systemic diseases; The subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ear disease or after surgery; Can't tolerate the experimenter.
