Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The ASA classification is I-III; 3. The body mass index (BMI) is 19-27 k.m-2; 4. Test group: patients with obstructive jaundice; control group: patients with non-jaundice such as chronic cholecystitis and intrahepatic bile duct stones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to remazolam; 2. Long-term use of analgesics; 3. Alcoholism; 4. Nervous system or schizophrenia; 5. Advanced liver or kidney disease; 6. Sleep apnea syndrome disease; 7. Users of psychotropic drugs.
