Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective video-assisted thoracic surgery; (2) ASA I-II level; (3) BMI 18~30kg/m2; (4) Aged 18 to 70 years old, male and female; (5) Patients who agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe liver and kidney damage; (2) Systemic organ dysfunction; (3) Patients who need to enter ICU after surgery; (4) Patients with contraindications for paravertebral nerve block; (5) Patients who are allergic to (s)-ketamine drugs; (6) Patients who have not controlled hypertension of grade 2 and above; (7) Patients with unstable circulation caused by coronary heart disease; (8) Pregnant or lactating women; (9) There were patients who were dependent on narcotic drugs before enrollment; (10) Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months before surgery; (11) Patients deemed unsuitable for participation by the researcher; (12) Do not agree to join this clinical trial.
