18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are scheduled to undergo unilateral breast cancer surgery under general anesthesia; (2) Aged 18-60 years old; (3) ASA I-II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with BMI greater than 35kg/m2; (2) Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery; (3) Those who are allergic to the drugs used in the study; (4) Patients during pregnancy or lactation; (5) Patients with a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia; (6) Patients with chronic cardiovascular disease; (7) Patients with chronic pain; (8) Patients with long-term use of opioids and psychotropic drugs; (9) Patients who still cannot understand VAS or use PCA after sufficient explanation. (10) The patient rejected the participant. (11) Severe complications during the operation, such as anaphylactic shock, malignant hyperthermia, and other life-threatening patients. (12) During the operation, the chief anesthetist did not follow the established plan.
