control group:not allowed to drink liquid for more than 8 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult volunteers were recruited to participate in the experiment 1. 18-69 years old, 2. No serious cardiopulmonary disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of abdominal surgery 2. Obese patients 3. Subjects suspected of gastroesophageal reflux 4. Patients with pyloric obstruction, 5. Patients with intestinal obstruction and taking drugs that affect gastric secretion and emptying within 24 hours.
