Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects or their entrusted family members voluntarily signed the informed consent of the trial; 2. Male and female patients with brain contusion and laceration who need surgery due to brain trauma. 3. Age of subjects: more than 18 years old, less than or equal to 85 years old. 4. Subjects without previous history of brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage or brain injury. 5. In the control group, the patients with benign tumors of skull base who need to be operated by tunnel fistulation were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with previous history of brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage and brain injury. 2. Patients with malignant tumor, superficial tumor and pathological changes around tunnel access were excluded in the control group.
