Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged from 18 to 80, male or female; 2. For those patients with abdominal obesity, the waist circumference of male was more than 90cm; Female waist > 85CM; 3. Subjects willing to accept colonoscopy test; 4. Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with contraindications of colonoscopy; 2. Subjects of colectomy; 3. Subjects with familial polyposis; 4. Subjects with P-J syndrome; 5. Pregnant subjects; 6. Subjects with IBD; 7. Patients with colon cancer.
