Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Observation group (TBI patients) and control group (non TBI trauma patients); The inclusion criteria and severity (AIS and ISS scores) were as follows: 1. Subjects aged 19-50 years; 2. All patients were definitely diagnosed as traumatic brain injury; 3. Subjects who had performed at least one head CT examination after admission; 4. Subjects without severe thoracoabdominal injury; 5. Subjects without brain diseases (brain tumors, etc.); 6. According to AIS and ISS scores, they were divided into mild injury group and severe injury group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with systemic infection; 3. Patients with mental history or unable to cooperate with treatment due to other reasons.
