Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 50 years; (2) Dementia was diagnosed according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Revised Fifth Edition (DSMV-R), more than 1 year after the diagnosis of dementia, and more than 3 months after anti-dementia treatment; (3) Signed and dated written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from short bowel syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux; (2) Recurrent aspiration; (3) Immunity decreased significantly; (4) Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent of patients; (5) Take probiotics within 1 month.
