Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of GOLD2020, it is clearly diagnosed as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after pulmonary function test and bronchodilator; 2. Aged 40 to 80 years; 3. Stabilized; 4. Six minutes walking distance of 350m-550m; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the person and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, aneurysm, liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe uncontrollable hypertension; 2. Mental disorders or cognitive insufficiency, and deafness who cannot cooperate with the training plan; 3. Limb activities Obstacles that cannot cooperate with sports training; 4. Refusing to perform sports training rehabilitation and those who have been regularly performing sports training rehabilitation; 5. Clinical cases deemed unsuitable by clinicians.
