Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebrovascular disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Key Points for Diagnosis of Cerebrovascular Diseases" (1996) revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference are confirmed by head CT or MRI scans; 2. Aged 30-75 years, no other disease complications; 3. Initial stroke, within 3-6 months; 4. The muscle tension of the lower extremity of the affected side was assessed according to the modified Ashworth Spasticity = Grade 3; 5. Able to understand and carry out simple communication, can cooperate with the therapist's instructions to complete relevant training, and the Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score >= 22 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Patients with previous severe hip and knee osteoarthritis, lower extremity joint diseases or rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, ischemic femoral head necrosis and other patients that affect body balance and standing function; 3. The condition deteriorated, and new cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage appeared; 4. Severe physical diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ failures and poorly controlled diabetes patients. 5. Those with severe cognitive impairment.
