Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 2021 to December 2021, received bone marrow/umbilical blood HCT in the Pediatric Hematology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University; 2. Patients with high-dose (>120mg/kg) cyclophosphamide in the pretreatment program; 3. All patients did not receive radiotherapy involving the thoracic cavity. Before being selected, they will inform their guardians of the purpose of the research and possible damage, follow the principles of informed consent and voluntariness, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, congenital heart disease; 2. Have had heart or pericardial surgery; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes; 4. Previous Received radiotherapy involving thoracic cavity.
