Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal persons: 1. Those who sign the informed consent; 2. Age: 18-75; 3. Liver and kidney function is normal. Patients with type 2 diabetes: 1. Those who signed the informed consent; 2. Age: above 18 years old; 3. Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L and/or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal persons: 1. Previous history of diabetes; 2. Have a history of serious organic diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney failure; Previous thyroid cancer and other neoplastic diseases; Previous history of stroke, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Patients with type 2 diabetes: 1. Unclear classification of diabetes; 2. Have a history of serious organic diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney failure; 3. Previous thyroid cancer and other neoplastic diseases.
