Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years. 2.11-13 weeks of gestation and fetal survival. 3.Single pregnancy. 4.Understand and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is no fetal heartbeat during the 11-13 weeks of pregnancy screening. 2.Those who used aspirin regularly before enrollment. 3.With severe mental disorders and disable to express their will. 4.With other obvious annormal signs,laboratory examination and other clinical diseases, that reseachers think were not suitable for this reasearch. 5.Reseachers were unable to follow up for labour information.
