Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 40-70 years; 2.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2; 3.American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA) physical status classes of I and II; 4.Patients scheduled for video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to provide informed written consent; 2. History of local anaesthetic allergy; 3. Spine malformation; 4. Infection near puncture site; 5. Coagulation abnormalities.
