Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in the fourth edition of diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders; 2. Subjects with PANSS score of 1-3 and duration of more than 6 months; 3. Subjects without other diseases and family inheritance in the past; 4. Subjects who can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a history of drug dependence; 2. Alcohol dependent subjects; 3. Subjects who have used psychoactive substances; 4. Subjects who had received electroconvulsive therapy in the past 12 months; 5. Patients with endocrine diseases; 6. Patients with brain organic diseases; 7. Subjects with abnormal results of heart, liver, kidney function and blood routine examination.
