Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as type II-VII inguinal hernia or femoral hernia; 2. Subjects aged from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. There were no patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction, and there were no surgical contraindications; 4. Voluntary subjects (informed consent signed by patients or their families).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia, bilateral hernia and type I hernia; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Patients with chronic kidney disease and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with definite liver diseases and liver dysfunction; 5. For patients with allergic history of many kinds of drugs or recent allergic diseases, those who have used drugs with known damage to main organs within 4 weeks; 6. Subjects who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months; 7. Subjects with specific allergic constitution, especially those sensitive to chemical synthetic materials; 8. Patients with mental illness; 9. Patients with serious diseases that cause increased intra-abdominal pressure (such as severe prostatic hyperplasia, constipation or chronic cough; Ascites caused by liver cirrhosis or tumor is difficult to control; 10. Patients with infection focus or bacteremia in operation area.
