control group:routine extraction of affected teeth and immediate implantation at the same time

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who can not retain a single maxillary anterior tooth need to be extracted for implant restoration, and the remaining root is intact. 2. Subjects aged between 20 and 60 years; 3. There was no significant attachment loss and gingival soft tissue recession in the healthy subjects. 4. For those subjects with enough bone mass (more than 5mm) in the apical region, the implant can obtain good initial stability. 5. The subjects who are willing to participate in this study and cooperate to complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious periodontal disease of adjacent teeth, attachment loss, gingival recession. 2. Subjects whose residual bone mass cannot provide sufficient initial stability. 3. Subjects who can not be implanted in local or other general conditions.
