Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cervical adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma or adenosquamous cell carcinoma, stage ib-iv; 2. The newly treated patients were treated with radical radiotherapy in the Department of oncology, Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University. After the external irradiation, the residual tumor was larger than or equal to 4cm in diameter, eccentric lesions, parametrial involvement and acceptable vaginal elasticity; 3. Patients without IUD and serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications had blood routine parameters of platelets above 75 * 10 ^ 9 / L, neutrophils above 1.5 * 10 ^ 9 / L, no severe anemia and coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to radiotherapy; 2. Patients who are unable to be admitted into the uterine cavity, pregnant women, AIDS patients, and serious medical complications. 3. Subjects without informed consent; 4. Other conditions not suitable for inclusion.
