Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.LVEFThe upper limit of normal value; 4.E/A<1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe target organ damage need emergency treatment, such as congestive heart failure, gangrene, ketoacidosis, renal failure, etc; 2. Patients with a history of acute infection or recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs within two weeks; 3. Patients with clinical diagnosis or clinical symptoms suspected of mental system diseases and mental diseases can not cooperate with follow-up investigators; 4. Patients with stroke, transient ischemic attack, thyroid disease and malignant tumor; Patients with fever, gout and primary kidney disease.
