18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (2) First attack; (3) Aged 18-65 years; (4) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood, and other medical diseases and infectious diseases; (2) Alcohol or drug abuse within one year; (3) Women during lactation and pregnancy; (4) Those who had taken antipsychotics, sedatives, and hypnotic drugs within one year before enrollment.
