24 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant with a single fetus; 2. Pregnant without history of thyroid diseases; 3. Subjects diagnosed as subclinical hypothyroidism in the outpatient clinic of the endocrinology department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a visible or palpable goiter; 2. Subjects who took thyroid-related medicine or iodine-containing supplements within the past 3 months; 3. Pregnant women who had some other gynecologic condition,such as uterine fibroids.
