Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy elderly; 2. Blood routine, urine routine, thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4), liver function and kidney function, thyroid morphology and size were normal; 3. No diabetes and other serious metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a visible or palpable goiter; 2. Subjects who took thyroid-related medicine or iodine-containing supplements within the past 3 months; 3. Elderly people with certain other metabolic diseases..
