Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with BMI > 35kg / m2 undergoing bariatric surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Puncture history; 2.skin erosion or hematoma at or near the site of the puncture; 3.any other abnormal vascular conditions that might affect the puncture; 4.Brachial artery systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or 100 bpm or < 60 bpm.
