18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed melasma according to the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of melasma and vitiligo; 2. Aged 18~60 years, male or female; 3. Patients in stable condition in the last three months; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 5. Patients who have good compliance, and can regularly participate in follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received treatment in the last six months, including systematic medication, topical medication, chemical peeling,photoelectric therapy, mesodermal therapy or other whitening treatments; 2. Outdoor workers with a history of exposure or long exposure to sunlight in the last three months; 3. Patients in pregnancy, lactation or preparation for pregnancy; 4. Patients with severe systemic diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood or others,or immune deficiency; 5. Patients with any facial skin disease or other pigmented disease affecting the diagnosis of melasma; 6. Light sensitive or allergic to anesthetic; 7. Patients who can not avoid light after laser; 8. Patients who can attend regular follow-up.
