tapering group:patients treated with tapering tumor necrosis factor inhibitors
withdrawal group:patients treated with tumor necrosis factor inhibitors for few months
NSAIDs group:1. Those who are allergic to TNFi
2. Patients with active hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases
3. Pregnant patients
4. Patients with severe infections

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 and <= 70 years (until the date of screening); 2. Meet the 2009 ASAS Axial SpondyloArthritis Classification Standard; 3. Patients treated with tumor necrosis factor inhibitors or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs according to the needs of the disease; 4. Patients with multiple MRI examinations of the sacroiliac joint; 5. Patients with multiple disease activity scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to TNFi; 2. Patients with active hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Patients with severe infections.
