18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Prostate cancer confirmed by tissue or cytology; 2) Compliance with diagnostic criteria for castration-resistant prostate cancer; 3) Life expectancy greater than 12 weeks; 4) Aged 18-75 years; 5) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2) Severe damage of bone marrow hematopoietic function; 3) Contrast agent allergy or known severe allergy to research drugs; 4) Multiple bone metastases; 5) Previously received embolization or chemotherapy; 6) Intolerance to interventional surgery or have other serious diseases; 7) The researchers judged any instability or may endanger the safety of subjects and the compliance of their studies; Complications or social environment that can cause subjects not to follow the research plan or even endanger the safety of patients; 8) Subjects who were not considered suitable for this regimen.
