18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Pathologic confirmed to be colorectal adenocarcinoma, localized disease without distant metastasis; 3. Study group: From October 2015 to October 2019, patients who successfully performed total laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with transvaginal specimen extraction; Control group: patients undergoing conventional laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent with severe infection or other serious acute diseases; With other uncontrollable complications; Life expectancy< 6 months; 2. Patients who underwent emergency operations; 3. With other potential unfitting conditions which may conflict the clinical trial.
