Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients, aged from 36 months to 6 years scheduled for Selective resection of giant nevus under general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I, were enrolled, operation time>4h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital syndrome, developmental delay, neurological disorders, or psychological disordersneurological illness, maladaptive behaviour, attention deficit disorder (ADD), autism, parental refusal.
