Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patient who was diagnosed with liver cancer; 3. DT >= 4 points or HADS subscale value >= 9 points; 4. Life expectancy is greater than half a year; 5. Clear minded; 6. Have the ability to read and write in Chinese (above junior high school education); 7. Agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The respondents who were unable to complete the questionnaire with previous psychiatric history, hearing impairment, communication disorder, etc.; 2. Complicated with other malignant tumors; 3. Having received psychological counseling or psychotherapy within 3 months; 4. People who are taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs; 5. Unable to walk.
