18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of ASA grade I-II were included; 2. Subjects aged 18-75 years; 3. 180 patients with BMI < 35 need general anesthesia and orotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with predictable difficult airway; 2. Subjects who intubated more than once; 3. Subjects with acute respiratory diseases; 4. Subjects of ENT surgery; 5. Subjects of Neurosurgery; 6. Subjects with estimated operation time more than 240 min.
