Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For those subjects with tympanic membrane perforation in chronic suppurative otitis media, bilateral otitis media was only included in one side (poor hearing, large perforation side); 2. The subjects who underwent tympanoplasty under Otoendoscope (type I) + fascioplasty; 3. The subjects with tympanic membrane tension perforation confirmed by otoendoscopy before operation; 4. The subjects agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with middle ear cholesteatoma who need mastoidectomy, superior tympanotomy, tympanic sinus surgery, etc; 2. The subjects with perforation of the relaxation part of tympanic membrane; 3. The subjects with ossicular chain lesions found during operation or need to undergo ossicular chain operation; 4. Subjects with poor control of diabetes or other chronic diseases; 5. Subjects who could not return to follow-up regularly as required.
