Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have surgery for diagnosed spine or spinal cord diseases with complete medical records and have monitoring value through preoperative evaluation, and the surgeon requires intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative neurological examination: Limb muscle strength less than 2 with disappearance of sensory.
