Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Common bile duct stones; Aged < 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous ERCP or sphincterotomy; 2. Periampullary diverticulum (PAD); 3. Tumor involvement of the papilla; 4. Surgically altered anatomy; 5. Poor cardiopulmonary function can not tolerate ERCP.
