Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Closed tibial plateau fracture, with normal motor function of both lower limbs before injury; (2) Unilateral tibial plateau fracture; (3) Included patients have informed consent to the trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients less than 18 years old; ? Schatzker type I fracture; ? Open fractures, pathological fractures; ? Old fractures; ? Infected patients; ? Patients with neurovascular injury; ? Patients with previous trauma to the ipsilateral limb; ? Patients with incomplete follow-up data.
