Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complex coronary artery lesions (including CTO lesions, left main artery lesions, bifurcation lesions, three-vessel lesions, slow or no reflow after stenting, and lesions with more than 3 stents in a single implantation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received P2Y12 receptor antagonist therapy within the past 30 days; 2. Have contraband of ticagrelor or clopidogrel or drug allergy; 3. Active bleeding, previous history of intracranial hemorrhage, history of gastrointestinal bleeding within 6 months, and history of major surgery within 30 days; 4. Moderate and severe liver disease, coagulation dysfunction, and malignant tumor; 5. Severe renal insufficiency; 6. Coronary artery bypass grafting is planned in the near future.
