Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic liver failure; 2) 18-65 years old, no gender limit; 3) The subject voluntarily and signed an informed consent form; 4) Have not used antibiotics and microecological regulators within one month; 5) Those who meet the above 4 items are included in the observation case.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood diseases, endocrine diseases, lung diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases or serious diseases that affect survival before the onset, such as tumors or AIDS; 2) Women during pregnancy and lactation; 3) Participating in clinical drug trials or less than 3 months after termination; 4) People with allergies and those who may be allergic to the traditional Chinese medicine in this observation; 5) Patients with severe bleeding from hemorrhoids, bacterial peritonitis and patients using proton pump inhibitors; 6) Those who meet any of the above 5 items will be included in excluded cases.
