Female
Age
20 Years to 37 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male to be aged 20-55 years old and female to be aged 20-37 years old; 2. Couples with azoospermia; 3. Couples undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection with partner's sperm; 4. Couples with 2 or more blastocysts on Day 5; 5. Be capable of giving informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women or their partner with abnormal chromosome karyotype (not including chromosome polymorphisms); 2. Couples with history of PGT-A; 3. Women with history of recurrent pregnancy loss, defined by two or more failed pregnancies; 4. Women with history of recurrent implantation failure, defined by three or more failed transfer cycles; 5. Women who have been diagnosed with a pathology affecting endometrial cavity, such as uterine malformation, submucous fibroids, et al.; 6. Women with medical conditions that represent contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy.
