18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OPLL with the presence of radiculopathy, CT and MRI showing spinal cord compression >= 3 segments by OPLL, K-line positive. Symptoms not be ameliorated after conservative treatment for 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical spinal trauma or infection, cervical kyphosis, spine tumor or metastasis.
