18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years, ASA classification II~III; (2) Lower limb surgical joint replacement (knee replacement, hip replacement) under general anesthesia or regional nerve block anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous postoperative orthostatic intolerance, use of ß-blockers, history of diabetes and alcohol abuse (>500g/d), cardiac insufficiency, atrial fibrillation, valvular disease, severe arrhythmia , The patient is obviously anemia before operation (hemoglobin<6.0g/l). (2) Refusal to participate in this experiment; patients with incomplete data; patients with severe dementia, speech impairment, severe hearing or vision impairment and unable to complete the questionnaire.
