Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The newly diagnosed patients with lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology had no metastasis to other distant target organs and were classified as the simple lung adenocarcinoma group. 2. For newly diagnosed patients with lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology, with or without symptoms and signs of brain metastasis,MRI and CT indicated single and multiple lesions in the brain, excluding other conditions, brain metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma can be diagnosed. 3. Aged > 18 years. 4. ECOG score 0-2. 5. At least one measurable lesion. 6. Understand the condition and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Except those without pathological evidence and untraceable follow-up. 2. Unless the primary lesion is unknown or other tumors are combined within the last 2 years. 3. Except for patients who cannot be treated with lung adenocarcinoma. 4. Expected survival time with other serious life-threatening diseases.Except for patients in March. 5. Except for pregnant and lactating women.
