60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was between 60 and 75 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosed as femoral neck fracture (Gardeni-IV) by an orthopedic surgeon and willing to undergo surgery; 3. The reduction meets the requirements of internal fixation; 4. Willing to join in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic fracture such as metastatic tumor or primary tumor; 2. No surgery because of various reasons; 3. Have cerebral infarction or mental illness; 4. Refuse to participate in the study.
