Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Junior high school education or above, no comprehension barrier; 3. There were no organic diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and dementia; 4. Never take any hypnotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or other drugs that may affect sleep; 5. No drug dependence or alcohol dependence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Night shift and shift workers, frequent long-distance travel or frequent adjustment of time difference; 2. Patients with periodic limb dyskinesia, RBD, etc; 3. Suffering from heart disease, tumor, blood disease, thyroid disease, severe trauma and infection, chronic pain and other serious physical diseases, anxiety, depression and other mental and psychological diseases; 4. The use of hypnotics, antipsychotics and other drugs that affect sleep;
