Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as proliferative diabetic retinopathy, IV to VI diabetic retinopathy (DM); 3. Patients with surgical indications; 4. 3 months before the injection of antiangiogenic factor drugs or dexamethasone patients; 5. At least partial corneal transparency (or central corneal transparency), Can ensure the vitrectomy after fundus examination, visual function examination and OCT examination; 6. Patients with intravitreal fluid filling after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previously diagnosed glaucoma with high intraocular pressure; 2. Other neovascular diseases such as wet AMD retinal vein occlusion diagnosed; 3. Patients with dense vitreous hemorrhage after operation; 4. Patients with intraocular silicone oil or gas after surgery; 5. History of any intraocular surgery and intraocular laser therapy, especially vitrectomy or anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy, performed within 3 months prior to operation; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, impaired liver and kidney function and advanced cancer.
