Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with Achilles tendon rupture were diagnosed by MRI; 2. The medical history was less than 14 days;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ankle osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, infection, tumor and fracture; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with Achilles tendon re-reputre; 4. Patients whose Achilles tendon was displaced more than 4cm;
